Letting go....Spiritually

Namaste awesome friends,

This week’s meditation technique is a very simple but powerful procedure that helps in releasing the unwanted resentment blockages in the mind and heart that takes away our vital life energy. It is very important to clear our consciousness so that hatred & bitterness do not accumulate.

The first to apologize is the bravest
The first to forgive is the strongest.
The first to forget is the happiest.

Carrying the resentment in our heart and mind brings anger & bitterness into every relationship denying us the happiness of the present. We become depressed, feels lack of meaning to life purpose, feel anxious and lose valuable connectedness with others.

You may be holding this resent for a long time or you may be holding anger against them just for that day alone (a two wheeler rashly cutting your car at the signal, a rash client pouring out his frustration on you). We unconsciously carry this resentment and if we don’t clear them on a daily basis, it gets accumulated and over a period of time the weight becomes so heavy we can’t carry it anymore and we suddenly collapse. 

Letting go....Spiritually – the technique:








Every day, just before going to bed, sit comfortably in your favorite place. Close your eyes and take five deep breathings. Make a list of all the people against whom you hold grudge / bitterness. Mentally call each person and tell them that you have forgiven them for whatever they did to you. Tell them that you are not holding grudge anymore and that you have whole heartedly forgiven them. Tell them that you understand them better and you are relieving them from the feeling of guilt. With a broad smile let go the feeling of bitterness from you. Feel the happiness of getting rid of the weight off your heart and mind. Do this exercise with a feeling of cheerfulness. With happiness filled in your heart go to deep sleep.

When you let go off resentment & bitterness, you make the space for happiness, health and peace. Forgiveness is the greatest virtue. 

By practicing this meditation daily you develop:

1. Powerful Spiritual & Psychological well-being...thereby feeling of Connectedness
2. Reduced Anxiety & Enmity...thereby reduced Stress
3. Healthy Heart & reduced Blood Pressure...thereby great Immune system.
4. Out of Depression & Pain...thereby enhanced Self Esteem.
5. Happiness, Health & Peace...thereby healing and extended Life.

Sun Shield Energy Meditation

With gratitude to my Guru Dr.Sujatha, today I will teach a very interesting and powerful meditation technique called the Sun Shield Energy Meditation. This technique has to be practiced within the first half an hour of the Sun rise.


Sun energy is the primary source of energy for the life on earth. Every day when our body gets exposed to the rays of early Sun, the benefits are many....and by practicing a meditation along with it makes the benefit list endless.

The Sun Shield Energy Meditation Technique:










  


Stand barefoot on the earth facing the rising Sun. With a smile on your face raise your hands and join the palms at your heart level making a Namaste. Looking at the grand source of energy – the Sun, take five deep breathings. Close your eyes slowly and feel the golden rays of the sun coming straight at you.  Stay in the position & feel the golden rays slowly penetrating your skin and entering your body. 

The power from the rays first energizes your heart. Then slowly each and every part of your body is getting energized. Feel the energy spreading and giving positive vibrations throughout the body. Keep enjoying this energy filling your body.


Slowly, the golden rays are forming a shield around your body giving the much needed power to the bioplasmic energy (aura). This results in the formation of new patterns in the bioplasmic energy. At this stage, from the bottom of your heart, expect that something very good is going to happen to you and strongly feel the happiness. Believe that it is happening now. Stay in this happy feeling for some time.


Thank the Sun for providing an energy shield; thank the mother Earth for providing the wonderful connection. With a sense of gratitude filled in the heart slowly walk back into the daily schedule. 


Do this meditation for 21 consecutive days and see the spectacular changes happening in your life. 


When practiced regularly, the Sun shield energy meditation technique helps in:


1. Increasing the energy in the body by activating the energy chakras. As the energy increases, body starts feeling the difference by getting rid of lethargy. 


2. Formation of new patters in the bioplasmic energy helps in clearing the negativity and stress.


3. Getting rid of depression. When the Sun rays hits the skin, body releases endocrines which leads to our naturally feeling ‘high’.


4. Mood elevation. Sun rays helps in release of Serotonin, the ‘pleasure’ hormone essential for mood regulation. More the serotonin, more the happiness.


5. With changes occurring on regular practice, self confidence is boosted. Love, compassion & gratitude towards others are increased.



Preferably start the practice from a Sunday.
