Understand…Forgive:

Why do people we love the most torment us at times?

We have had this experience; at times the person we love the most torment us to an intolerable level. We don’t understand why. At times a person comes into our life from somewhere and comforts us in the times of need.

We have travelled through many lifetimes and lived with many different souls amid family, friends or those who don't really get along with us. Some may have even tried to harm us emotionally, physically or spiritually. All said and done, we all are the same and belong to only one group - SOULS. We all have travelled together in different lifetimes and have shared various relationships with each other; Father-mother, husband-wife, uncle-aunt, brother-sister, friends, neighbours, servants, drivers and even so-called enemies.

Each person is a Soul that tries to help the other move forward spiritually and reduce the Karmic baggage. Sometimes the Soul that loves us the most, might willingly take birth as an enemy or a tormentor in a lifetime, just to help us work out our karma. Thus, a person who we think hates us and we in return hate might be our greatest well-wisher spiritually. He or She may be responsible for our becoming spiritual or compassionate. That very person who is creating hell in our lives may bring us closer to God and spirituality. In the present lifetime, he/she may be doing so because that could be the only way to teach us a lesson. Sometimes, a Soul is reborn just to comfort us and be there in times of need. So, who is our friend and who is our enemy? They all are part of the Soul-Family who wants to help us and want help in return. Sometimes an opportunity comes in the form of a Disaster. Sometimes, the only way God can find place in our hearts and lives is through pain, sorrow and turmoil. That is when Life seems strange.

Hence, never form judgements, abuse or hate and never say nasty things about anyone. Who knows we may be harming the Soul who loves us the most spiritually but are not able to recognize it as the soul is wearing a different body in this particular lifetime.

When you go through tough times and feel someone is responsible for that, thank them. They are helping you. Understand and forgive.

Monkey Instinct

Deep inside the forest a man walks looking at the trees. He is a monkey catcher and he is looking for the right place to set up his trap. At a particular place he finds the trees are dense and he got his perfect spot.

He opens his bag and pulls out a small box. The opening slot of the box is very small and through this small gap he puts some nicely fried peanuts into the box. With a gentle breeze flowing, the whole place is filled with the wonderful aroma of the peanuts. He moves away from that spot and places himself behind a small bush and waits for the monkeys to come.

Within a short time a monkey jumps down from the tree and is attracted to the aroma of freshly fried peanuts. Looking here and there, the monkey makes sure that no one is watching it and slowly inserts his hand into the box through the small opening. To its joy it is able to catch hold of a fistful of the peanuts.

When he happily pulled his hand out it was not coming. The hole in the box was so small that the monkey can put his hand in straight but when he held on to the peanuts, the fist was big for the hole and it cannot pull his hand out.

If the monkey let go of the peanuts, the hand will come out but if it holds on with the peanuts then the hand would not come out. The monkey was not willing to let go of the peanuts and his hand got struck in the box. The man hiding in the bushes comes out and catches the monkey and sets his trap for the next one.

Most of us in our lives hold on to many unwanted issues which, if we let go will free us from all the stress and mental agonies to lead a life filled with happiness and bliss. But we are so conditioned that we would not let go of the peanuts from our hand.

Are you still holding on to your peanuts? Well, its time for you to let go of the peanuts and move yourself out of the trap.

The tendency of doing the same mistake again and again is ingrained in everyone and you are not alone. It is the mischief of the subconscious mind which holds the cards in the name of your habits. Habits that are good and bad, that could help our survival and that could take us down the wrong path are all implanted in the subconscious.

When we strongly hold on to some unpleasant events in our life, we tend to give them a very powerful part of our life energy and they become our reality. What we want to resist will persist. Its time to let go of these unwanted and worthless feelings and move to the next level in life. Get rid of the peanuts and move out of your trap. Harness the full power of subconscious mind to live a life of your choice.

AMRUTHAGHADIYA is the simple and most powerful technique to change your habits. Explore your inner potential and achieve your goals with utmost passion. My Mother’s Magic Jar:

Meditation Guru Venugopal

Namaste awesome friends,

Hope you are enjoying life to the hilt radiating great energy.

Today I am going to reveal a SECRET. It is a very powerful technique my mother taught me. In fact, she used to practice it regularly and I understood the effectiveness of this technique only after I started using and reaping it benefits.

It is a simple technique (as always, the most powerful techniques are very simple. Don’t be misled by its simplicity; it is very potent).

In life we need energy to move from where we are to where we want to be.

We all are made up of energy and we vibrate. When we are having negative thoughts and fear, it means we are vibrating at a very low level. When we raise this vibration level, we will be in the perfect state to manifest whatever we need. Yes, it’s that simple.

So how do we raise our VIBRATION?

Take a jar (any glass or porcelain) and keep it in your room. Every day, when you achieve something (however small it may be), write it down in a paper, fold it and put it in the jar. Whenever you are happy (even for a small issue) write it down in a paper and drop it into the jar. It’s not over yet. Whenever you forgive someone for the wrongs they did to you, write it down and drop it into the jar. Write down all the “GOOD MEMORIES” and drop it down into the jar. Write down at least one thing every day that you are grateful for.

At the end of the month, open the jar. You have a jar full of positive vibrations packed. You have so many GREAT things actually happened to you to read. Start reading them and enjoy the process. When you finish reading, you will be vibrating positively and spreading your vibes with everyone. You become a powerful transmitter of happiness. You will know how VALUABLE this ritual is.

1. When you achieve something, whenever you forgive someone, whatever the reason, when you are HAPPY, it means you are VIBRATING at the highest level.

2. When you keenly look for things to be thankful about you will become a POWERFUL MAGNET, drawing amazing things into your life.

3. When you start writing, it becomes a Psycho-Neuro-Muscular activity, and you will be engaging your highest life energy to light up HAPPINESS. When you become aware of the great things happening, you raise your vibrations to the optimal level to manifest your goals.

4. Remember, when you raise your energy, you ATTRACT what you radiate.
