Sakthidhara Samasthithi Dhyanam / Energy Balance Meditation
The whole universe is made up of energy and this energy vibrates at different frequencies. We are all made up of energy and the frequency at which we vibrate results in our experiencing health, happiness and power to manifest on one end of the spectrum to disease, struggle and unhappiness at the other end. By balancing the flow of energy in the body, we can improve our vibrational frequency to achieve a state of bliss, health and prosperity which is the ultimate purpose of our life.
Our thoughts are a fine of form of energy which we can leverage to manifest. When we want to achieve something (happiness, health, prosperity...whatever we need), we first create it in the mental plane, in the form of a thought. This is the blueprint which magnetizes and directs the energy to flow into it and manifest in the physical form. By practicing the energy balance meditation, we can raise our vibrational frequency to have a clear mind (where healing takes place). This altered state of consciousness is the most beneficial to manifest health, happiness and prosperity.
The Technique:
Sit comfortably (either in a chair or on the ground using a mat or a cushion) in your favourite place and close your eyes. Keep your hands on the lap and bring the thumb, index and the middle finger and touch gently (the Akanksha mudra).
Take five deep breathings. Inhale slowly through the nose and exhale even slowly through the mouth (as we learned in Shanti Pranayama). Always remember to take more time to breathe out than breathe in. This will immediately calm down your mind as the prefrontal cortex is relaxed.














Imagine a beautiful violet / purple color circle of energy one foot above your head. From this circle, imagine a powerful ray of light entering into your head, The moment it touches your head, you feel a powerful sensation throughout your body. Feel this ray of light is gently spreading throughout your body and the more it spreads, the more you feel the electrical sensation throughout. At this moment you are experiencing that all the toxins and the negative energy in the body is getting dissolved with the power of the light penetrating into the body and it is coming out when you are breathing out. Relax. Breathe in. Breathe out slowly. The ray of light is now filled throughout your body completely dissolving the negative energy and you are definitely feeling it. Your system is now totally cleared of the negativity. Positive energy is completely spread and balanced in the body and you are feeling more energized and rejuvenated.
Now, imagine a circle of energy at a distance of one foot from the center of your chest, back, and both the hands and below the legs. Now picture an energy cord connecting the circle of energy from the head to circles in front of the chest, back and both the hands. Similarly imagine another energy cord connecting the circle of energy from below the legs to the circles in front of the chest, back and sides of the hands. Now all the energy circles are connected to one another by the energy cord and it forms a perfect oxyhedron and you are now sitting inside this most powerful energy field. Stay in this level as long as you wish. The vibrations you are feeling is the proof that you are now completely energy balanced and protected inside this field.
At your convenience, gently open your eyes. The potent rays will perfectly balance the energy giving you a definite feeling of rejuvenation, healing and restoring the vital energy balances throughout the body.

By practicing Sakthidhara Samasthithi Dhyanam (Energy balance meditation) regularly (as I always say at least 21 days consecutively):
1.You will see distinct changes throughout the body in terms of feeling energized, healthy, happy and excited as the immune system and all the energy chakras in the body are stimulated.  
2.The cosmic energy helps to fight auto immune diseases. The energy pattern formed around you protects you wherever you go.
3.Tranquility of the mind is achieved by practicing this meditation and results in enhancing the problem solving abilities.
4.Stability of moods and emotions are seen as soon as the practice begins resulting in healing all psychological issues like anxiety, irritability and depression.
5.Energy balanced in the body results in regulating the blood flow, balances the blood pressure levels and improves the cardio vascular health.
6.Regular practice lowers the cortisol levels in the body eliminating the risk of stress & stress related maladies.
7.  It also increases a sense of well-being, promoting a state of perfect happiness and understanding.

Hrudaya Spandana Dhyanam - Healing Heart Meditation:

Namaste brothers and sisters. Today we will perform a very powerful meditation technique that will change the course of your life - Hrudaya Spandana Dhyanam - the healing heart meditation.

Heart is the seat of Love, Compassion, Kindness and Forgiveness. Being aware about how it feels is a way to connect with our authentic self.

Very often we tend to forget the basic emotions we feel. They are nothing but a communication from our heart about what we are going through in our life. It can be about our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Our lives have changed so much; we are dragging ourselves through an excruciatingly painful day after day...unaware that we are under stress. You will more than agree with me if I say “we are breathing in stress and breathing out disease & disorders”.

Meditation helps in naturally shifting from the stressful state (fight or flight) to a relaxed state by switching off the sympathetic and switching on the parasympathetic nervous system thereby triggering the release of neurotransmitters like dopamine and oxytocin which help to de-stress & behave calmly in stressful situations.

Hrudaya Spandana - Healing Heart Meditation – the technique:

















Sit comfortably in your favorite place and close your eyes. Keep your hands on your lap in Gnyan or yoga mudra (gently touch the index finger and the thumb).Take five deep breathings. Inhale slowly through the nose and exhale even slowly through the mouth (as we use in Shanti Pranayama). Be aware to breathe out more slowly and focus fully on it.  You will start feeling a lot more relaxed now. Start breathing normally with inhale and exhale through the nose.

Keep your left hand on your heart. Feel the emotions of your heart. It will communicate with you about how it is feeling...it can be positive or negative but it is a true reflection of the emotions you have stored in the dark corners of your heart.  Listen to it without any judgement. Don’t edit it. Just feel it. It will guide you. Stay here for a few minutes and pay attention to your feelings.
Gently thank your heart for the valuable communication. With a smile on your face, take deep breathings again...inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Feel the relaxation waves vibrating throughout the body.

Practice the healing heart meditation for 21 days continuously to witness a complete transformation in your life.

When you practice it regularly:

1.You will see a perfect balance in your moods and emotions. You will start respecting your true feelings and they will guide you to complete peace of mind.

2.Stress levels come down as the level of cortisol, the stress hormone is constantly reduced and you will be in total control of your life.

3.Deep breathing slows down the heart rate, dilates blood vessels and blood pressure drops down to normal.

4.Brain releases important neurotransmitters like dopamine and oxytocin responsible for love, bonding and compassion thereby strengthening the immune system.

5.Activates the heart chakra (Anahata) facilitating the free flow of energy and resulting in a relaxed heart, mind, body and soul.

So, from today let us change for good, let us start practicing the “Healing Heart Meditation”. A very simple but powerful technique, it can be practiced by everyone to see & feel the transformation.

My Mother's Magic Jar

Hope you are enjoying life to the hilt radiating great energy.

Today I am going to reveal a SECRET. It is a very powerful technique my mother taught me. In fact, she used to practice it regularly and I understood the effectiveness of this technique only after I started using and reaping it benefits.

It is a simple technique (as always, the most powerful techniques are very simple. Don’t be misled by its simplicity; it is very potent).

In life we need energy to move from where we are to where we want to be.

We all are made up of energy and we vibrate. When we are having negative thoughts and fear, it means we are vibrating at a very low level. When we raise this vibration level, we will be in the perfect state to manifest whatever we need. Yes, it’s that simple.

So how do we raise our VIBRATION?



Take a jar (any glass or porcelain) and keep it in your room. Every day, when you achieve something (however small it may be), write it down in a paper, fold it and put it in the jar. Whenever you are happy (even for a small issue) write it down in a paper and drop it into the jar. It’s not over yet. Whenever you forgive someone for the wrongs they did to you, write it down and drop it into the jar. Write down all the “GOOD MEMORIES” and drop it down into the jar. Write down at least one thing every day that you are grateful for.



At the end of the month, open the jar. You have a jar full of positive vibrations packed. You have so many GREAT things actually happened to you to read. Start reading them and enjoy the process. When you finish reading, you will be vibrating positively and spreading your vibes with everyone. You become a powerful transmitter of happiness. You will know how VALUABLE this ritual is.

1. When you achieve something, whenever you forgive someone, whatever the reason, when you are HAPPY, it means you are VIBRATING at the highest level. 

2. When you keenly look for things to be thankful about you will become a POWERFUL MAGNET, drawing amazing things into your life.

3. When you start writing, it becomes a Psycho-Neuro-Muscular activity, and you will be engaging your highest life energy to light up HAPPINESS. When you become aware of the great things happening, you raise your vibrations to the optimal level to manifest your goals.

4. Remember, when you raise your energy, you ATTRACT what you radiate.

Mini Meditation Magic

Today I will tell you a very simple meditation technique...in fact it’s a mini meditation technique. Practice this regularly and you will feel a whole new experience in your life moving you smoothly towards your goals.

Visualization is a very powerful technique that can be practiced to train your mind to focus on exactly what you want in life...it is essentially training your Reticular Activation System to focus on the opportunities that are right in front of your eyes, but which your mind won’t pick up. The more you visualize about the outcome, the more closer you get to your goal.

When you visualize regularly, changes occur in your brain, new neural pathways are formed leading to manifesting exactly what you are aspiring. So what is this simple mini meditation magic all about....here we go.

Mini Meditation Magic – the technique:













In a day, whenever you drink water, first sit comfortably (Ayurveda suggests that drinking water in sitting posture is best for health) and close your eyes. Drink water slowly (avoid gulping down). As the water goes down slowly, visualize as if your goal is already achieved and you are enjoying the water going down the throat, feeling the happiness & contentment on achievement of your goal.

If your goal is to lose weight, visualize as if you are drinking water while chatting with your friends, telling them happily, how easily you lost the fat. If your goal is to buy your dream home, visualize as if you are enjoying the water sitting in your dream home sharing joyful moments with your family and friends.

When you regularly visualize these happy moments, while enjoying water, your subconscious picks up the feelings and form a pattern to be imprinted on your brain and new neural pathways are created. These pathways get stronger when you repeat the visualization daily and manifest them into your life.
It’s that simple but very powerful.

By repeating this practice regularly:

1. New neural pathways are created in your brain that will help you to get close to your goals.

2. As you visualize, your brain attains the meditative level and helps in release of Serotonin, the chemical responsible for your happiness.

3. As you practice this every time you drink water, strong belief patterns are imprinted on your subconscious which is the store house of your willpower.

4. Hydrating body when the mind is at a meditative level has a major effect on energy levels and brain function.

5. Regular intake of water helps in relieving fatigue, treats headaches, helps in digestion, aids weight loss and flushes out toxins.

Letting go....Spiritually

This week’s meditation technique is a very simple but powerful procedure that helps in releasing the unwanted resentment blockages in the mind and heart that takes away our vital life energy. It is very important to clear our consciousness so that hatred & bitterness do not accumulate.

The first to apologize is the bravest
The first to forgive is the strongest.
The first to forget is the happiest.

Carrying the resentment in our heart and mind brings anger & bitterness into every relationship denying us the happiness of the present. We become depressed, feels lack of meaning to life purpose, feel anxious and lose valuable connectedness with others.

You may be holding this resent for a long time or you may be holding anger against them just for that day alone (a two wheeler rashly cutting your car at the signal, a rash client pouring out his frustration on you). We unconsciously carry this resentment and if we don’t clear them on a daily basis, it gets accumulated and over a period of time the weight becomes so heavy we can’t carry it anymore and we suddenly collapse. 

Letting go....Spiritually – the technique:








Every day, just before going to bed, sit comfortably in your favorite place. Close your eyes and take five deep breathings. Make a list of all the people against whom you hold grudge / bitterness. Mentally call each person and tell them that you have forgiven them for whatever they did to you. Tell them that you are not holding grudge anymore and that you have whole heartedly forgiven them. Tell them that you understand them better and you are relieving them from the feeling of guilt. With a broad smile let go the feeling of bitterness from you. Feel the happiness of getting rid of the weight off your heart and mind. Do this exercise with a feeling of cheerfulness. With happiness filled in your heart go to deep sleep.

When you let go off resentment & bitterness, you make the space for happiness, health and peace. Forgiveness is the greatest virtue. 

By practicing this meditation daily you develop:

1. Powerful Spiritual & Psychological well-being...thereby feeling of Connectedness
2. Reduced Anxiety & Enmity...thereby reduced Stress
3. Healthy Heart & reduced Blood Pressure...thereby great Immune system.
4. Out of Depression & Pain...thereby enhanced Self Esteem.
5. Happiness, Health & Peace...thereby healing and extended Life.

Sun Shield Energy Meditation

With gratitude to my Guru Dr.Sujatha, today I will teach a very interesting and powerful meditation technique called the Sun Shield Energy Meditation. This technique has to be practiced within the first half an hour of the Sun rise.


Sun energy is the primary source of energy for the life on earth. Every day when our body gets exposed to the rays of early Sun, the benefits are many....and by practicing a meditation along with it makes the benefit list endless.

The Sun Shield Energy Meditation Technique:










  


Stand barefoot on the earth facing the rising Sun. With a smile on your face raise your hands and join the palms at your heart level making a Namaste. Looking at the grand source of energy – the Sun, take five deep breathings. Close your eyes slowly and feel the golden rays of the sun coming straight at you.  Stay in the position & feel the golden rays slowly penetrating your skin and entering your body. 

The power from the rays first energizes your heart. Then slowly each and every part of your body is getting energized. Feel the energy spreading and giving positive vibrations throughout the body. Keep enjoying this energy filling your body.


Slowly, the golden rays are forming a shield around your body giving the much needed power to the bioplasmic energy (aura). This results in the formation of new patterns in the bioplasmic energy. At this stage, from the bottom of your heart, expect that something very good is going to happen to you and strongly feel the happiness. Believe that it is happening now. Stay in this happy feeling for some time.


Thank the Sun for providing an energy shield; thank the mother Earth for providing the wonderful connection. With a sense of gratitude filled in the heart slowly walk back into the daily schedule. 


Do this meditation for 21 consecutive days and see the spectacular changes happening in your life. 


When practiced regularly, the Sun shield energy meditation technique helps in:


1. Increasing the energy in the body by activating the energy chakras. As the energy increases, body starts feeling the difference by getting rid of lethargy. 


2. Formation of new patters in the bioplasmic energy helps in clearing the negativity and stress.


3. Getting rid of depression. When the Sun rays hits the skin, body releases endocrines which leads to our naturally feeling ‘high’.


4. Mood elevation. Sun rays helps in release of Serotonin, the ‘pleasure’ hormone essential for mood regulation. More the serotonin, more the happiness.


5. With changes occurring on regular practice, self confidence is boosted. Love, compassion & gratitude towards others are increased.
